Karen is responsible for the management of all the financial affairs at BCA as well as overseeing both payroll and HR duties within the college. Karen also works closely with the Dean of Academic Affairs, Conor McGrady, and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the academic programmes both within the college and academic programming between BCA and NUI Galway.
