My practice encompasses matter provoking ideas and making, with roots in prehistoric bronze casting, I integrate ancient technology and mythology with a contemporary art practice.

My interest lies in Traditional Ecological Knowledge and our relationship to materials as more than just a resource.

Using the disused mining landscape of Allihies on the Beara peninsula as a microcosm – I investigate how extractivism and the social politics surrounding this, is of a universal concern, affecting us all.
