Artist Statement

In an accelerated world I want to slow down my pace, to take a breath,to explore how time perception and life rythm are in everyday life, what issues affect them and how?
In this task there are recurrent ways or patterns I found in my artwork.

Exploring in between photography and video
in between statics and movement
in between subjective and objective
in between fiction and reality
in between others and me
in between urban and mountains
in between chance and structure
in between simple, simplicity and not so
simple
balance and paradox
time and games
trajectory and space
walking through place
language index
physics and coincidence

Playing back and forth
in a fragmentary world
as a fragmentary self.
