- Coach transfers to and from Shannon airport on prescribed
arrival and departure dates.
- Pre-departure advising, including comprehensive Student
Handook
- Morning and evening transport to and from college housing.
- 1st week orientation programme, which includes guided tours
of the Burren, Ballyvaughan and Galway city; traditional storytelling
sessions in Newtown Castle; a welcome supper; and a trip to
an Irish set-dancing ceili.

- Year 1: Fall faculty led trips to London and Dublin; Spring

Postgraduate fees policy
The first installment of €2,209 is due to Buren College of Art
by June 30th. This installment is payable by all students regardless
of any scholarships, grants or student loans that have been applied
for. Students in receipt of grants, loans or scholarships will
receive a full rebate for any overpayment once these monies have been
credited to their account and fees discharged in full.
In the instance where a student must withdraw after paying the first
installment but before August 22nd due to an inability to secure financial
aid, this installment will be refunded less a €50 administration
fee on production of evidence that a loan application has been declined.
The balance of fees is due by August 22nd. Staged payment options
may be negotiated individually with students in receipt of financial
aid or student loans.
Cancellation Policy
The Burren College of Art accepts no obligation to refund any fee or
part thereof after August 22nd.
